Some of you may have heard the story of the two young boys whose mother was seriously ill, residing just three blocks away from the school. The boys’ grandmother introduced herself to Hendrix and he went to her house to hear their story. The two boys- Musa, who is 9 years old, and Paul,who is 7 years old- hadn’t had the opportunity to go to school before.

Upon meeting the family, Hendrix assured both the mother and grandmother that he would find a way to enroll the boys in school. Remarkably, within a few days, a sponsor was secured for them.

After a few weeks of attending school, a tragic turn of events occurred as their mother passed away. Despite this heartbreaking loss, the boys have taken a liking to school, putting in tremendous effort to make the most of this invaluable opportunity.
